Online Privacy Notice

Last updated · 01 June 2026

Mycore Security ("Mycore," "we," "us") provides security solutions and services, and the trust placed in us begins with how we handle data. This Online Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we obtain through our websites, products and related online services (collectively, the "Online Services"), how we use that information, and with whom we may share it. It also describes the measures we take to protect the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Because Mycore provides security solutions and services, our customers may use them to process data — including security telemetry, logs and events that can contain personal information — about their own systems, users and environments. We process that data on behalf of, and under the instructions of, our customers as a service provider, governed by the applicable customer agreement. This Notice does not govern that processing; it concerns the personal information for which Mycore itself determines the purpose and means.

01

Information we obtain

We obtain certain personal information about you when you interact with our Online Services, including:

  • Contact information — such as your name and email address.
  • Account & credential information — such as login credentials and the identifiers associated with your account.
  • Usage and device information — collected by automated means when you visit our Online Services, including IP address, device and browser characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with the Online Services.
  • Other information you choose to provide — such as through forms, requests, surveys, or other communications with us.
02

How we use the information

We may use the personal information we obtain to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain our Online Services, products and services.
  • Establish and manage accounts and verify identity.
  • Communicate with you, respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Personalize and improve your experience across the Online Services.
  • Maintain the safety, integrity and security of our Online Services and prevent misuse.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements and enforce our terms and policies.

We may also use the information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.

03

Cookies & automated collection

When you visit our Online Services, we may obtain certain information by automated means such as cookies and similar technologies. These help us remember your preferences, understand how the Online Services are used, and measure and improve their performance and security.

Your browser may allow you to be notified about, or to restrict or disable, certain automated collection technologies. Please note that without these technologies, some features of our Online Services may not function as intended.

04

Analytics & service providers

We may engage third-party providers to perform services on our behalf — such as hosting, analytics, security and infrastructure. The information we obtain through the Online Services may be disclosed to, or collected directly by, these providers for the limited purpose of performing those services for us.

05

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information we obtain with the service providers described above, and we may disclose information where we believe it is required or permitted by law — for example, to comply with legal process, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, protect against fraud or harm, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

We may also transfer personal information in connection with an actual or prospective merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

06

How we protect personal information

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we hold against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.

07

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice — including to provide and maintain the Online Services, establish and manage accounts, and communicate with you — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to de-identify it. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which we hold it, and applicable legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

08

Your choices & rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

09

Updates to this notice

This Online Privacy Notice may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices. We will indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of significant changes.
